Is it Islamically forbidden to take money from drivers, representatives, or porters, with affection and love, in exchange for inspecting cars, knowing that my job prohibits taking payment, and that dealings are neutral, and nothing is imposed on anyone?

It is not permissible for an employee to accept money and gifts related to their job and duties without the permission of their employer. Otherwise, it would be considered among the "gifts of workers" which are deemed treachery. The prohibition is further emphasized if the employer prohibits its employees from accepting such funds.
