But when it became clear to him that he was an enemy to Allah, he disassociated himself from him" [9:114], and "Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers on the Day the account is established" [14:41] as evidence that Azar was not Abraham's father and that his real father was a monotheist?

Al-Alusi mentioned that seeking forgiveness for his mother (who was a believer) poses no problem. As for seeking forgiveness for his father, it was said that it was before his enmity towards Allah became clear, or that he intended the conditionality of Islam and repentance. And it was said that by his parents he meant Noah, Adam, and Eve. Some exegetes adopted another meaning for what you referred to, but it is outweighed by the aforementioned statements of the meticulous scholars.
