What is the ruling on a person claiming to be the Prophet Elijah (Elias), Sam, Ishmael, Imran, the Prophet Jeremiah, John the Baptist, Imam Hussein, and Al-Qa'im; and that he reveals the truth of the matter before the great Day of the Lord; and that he is authoring a book titled "Nestorian: The End of the Beginning and the Beginning of the End," in which he claims the return of the Messenger Muhammad, peace be upon him, in this era, and that Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, is the second attribute of Muhammad; and he interprets the Quran in various ways, claiming it is "ta'wil" (esoteric interpretation) and not "tafsir" (exoteric interpretation)?
