What is the jurisprudential ruling on the saying: "He who disposes of his own property has not committed an injustice"?

This statement holds some truth, as a Muslim is permitted to dispose of their wealth in a manner that does not violate Islamic law, such as spending it on permissible things without extravagance or waste. They may also donate some or all of it while they are competent to do so. It is preferable that this does not harm them or their heirs. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, approved of companions who donated most or all of their wealth. A person is also allowed to bequeath up to one-third of their wealth, even during a death illness, to specific individuals, charities, or endowments, for it to be an ongoing charity. However, disposing of wealth unlawfully or in ways that do not benefit is an injustice to oneself, one's heirs, and society.
