What is the ruling on money earned if its owner does not pray, or prays with doubts about the the validity and purity of his prayer due to obsessive whispering (waswasah)?

Owning money has no bearing on whether or not one prays; what matters is that the money is acquired through permissible means.

If someone acquires permissible wealth but does not pray, the money is his to benefit from, and he must repent for abandoning prayer.

One must distance themselves from the whispers of invalidity concerning purity, prayer, and acts of worship, because succumbing to them leads to great evil, and the best remedy for them is to disregard them.
