How is the estate of a deceased father to be divided, who left behind four wives, eleven sons, and nine daughters, and his estate amounts to six million two hundred and forty thousand Riyals, and he has no debts?

If the heirs are limited to the four wives, sons, and daughters, then the four wives collectively receive one-eighth of the inheritance due to the presence of lineal descendants, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave.﴾ The remainder after the one-eighth is to be divided among the sons and daughters, with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females.﴾ Accordingly, the share of each wife would be (195,000) riyals, each daughter (176,129) riyals, and each son (352,258) riyals.
