Will the beloved foods of this world, such as cheeses and sweets, be available in Paradise on their own, and will they be available without limit and without health restrictions?

Allah described Paradise with a comprehensive and inclusive description in His saying: "And therein is whatever the souls desire and [wherein] eyes find delight. And you will abide therein eternally." The questioner should be certain of Allah's promise and strive in righteous deeds to enter Paradise.

As for not being able to imagine the foods of Paradise, Allah has given examples of the bliss and delights of Paradise using the blessings of this world, despite the vast difference, as He Almighty said: "The description of Paradise which the righteous are promised is that in it are rivers of water, unaltered [in flavor], and rivers of milk whose taste will never change, and rivers of wine delicious to those who drink, and rivers of purified honey, and for them therein are all kinds of fruits and forgiveness from their Lord." Every blessing in this world has something similar to it in the Hereafter, befitting Paradise, as He said: "No soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes."

Regarding illness and deprivation, the questioner should be patient and content with Allah's decree, for divine decree is good for the believer, and Allah will pay the patient their reward without reckoning. Do not complain excessively, but rather increase in supplication and humble entreaty for the removal of harm. It has been narrated in a Hadith that Allah Almighty says when He afflicts His believing servant and he does not complain: "I release him from My bondage, then I replace his flesh with better flesh and his blood with better blood, then he resumes his work." And in another Hadith: "When a servant falls ill, Allah sends two angels to him and says: 'Look at what he says to his visitors.' If, when they come to him, he praises Allah and extols Him, they raise that to Allah, and He is more knowing. Then He says: 'It is incumbent upon Me for My servant that if I take his soul, I will admit him to Paradise, and if I cure him, I will replace his flesh with better flesh and his blood with better blood, and I will expiate his evil deeds.'"
