What are the consequences for a pilgrim if he puts on his clothes immediately after casting the Jamarat, and before shaving or cutting his hair, sacrificing, performing Tawaf, and performing Sa'i, whether out of ignorance or based on another's fatwa?

The pilgrim in ihram is not permitted to perform the first stage of disencumbrance (al-tahallul al-awwal) on the Day of Sacrifice unless he performs two out of three rituals: stoning (al-ramy), shaving or shortening the hair (al-halaq aw al-taqsir), and circumambulation (al-tawaf). One who stones but does not perform two of these is not permitted to wear tailored clothes, and doing so is considered committing a prohibited act that necessitates a fidyah (expiatory sacrifice). However, an ignorant person or one who was given a fatwa by a scholar is excused, because the madhhab of Malik, Ata, and Abu Thawr, and a narration from Ahmad, and the choice of Ibn Qudamah, is that whoever stones Jamrat al-Aqabah is permitted to do everything except [approach] women. On the Day of Sacrifice, only Jamrat al-Aqabah is stoned.
