What is the ruling on using stimulant pills for work and for religious matters, such as prayer, for one who has not completed his thirteenth year, given that they do not distract him from prayer and do not cause him psychological illnesses?

The permissibility of consuming stimulant pills depends on the opinion of doctors. If they prove their harm and side effects, then it is not permissible to take them except out of necessity, with a prescription from a trustworthy doctor.

Sheikh Ibn Baz, may Allah have mercy on him, was asked about stimulant pills consumed by drivers to ward off sleep. He answered that these pills harm their users and cause many accidents, and one must be wary of them and stop driving when feeling drowsy, due to the great evils, corruptions, and dangers that these pills lead to.
