Is it permissible to give the fidya for feeding sixty poor people in cash, or send it to another country, or give it to a charity organization, due to the unavailability of poor people in the country of residence?

Feeding sixty poor people is required as expiation for sexual intercourse during the daytime in Ramadan, or for ẓihār. It necessitates a specific order: first, freeing a slave; if that is not possible, then fasting for two consecutive months; if one is unable to do that, then feeding sixty poor people. Each poor person should receive approximately 750 grams of the staple food of the region. It is permissible to pay the monetary value of this feeding to the mosque community or a charitable organization, and there is no objection to disbursing it to the poor in Palestine or another country.
