What is the ruling on manufacturing and supplying production necessities used in the tobacco industry, and is it permissible to sign a contract for that?

The use, manufacture, and trade of tobacco are forbidden, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, when Allah forbids something, He also forbids its price." Selling anything that aids in the manufacture of tobacco is not permissible, as it falls under aiding in sin, which is prohibited by the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Therefore, as long as you know that the material you are selling will be used in the manufacture of tobacco, you are not permitted to complete the transaction, because by doing so, you would be aiding in disobedience to Allah. The existence of an intermediary does not absolve you of religious responsibility.
