Which mosque should I wait for to pray Dhuhr after missing Friday prayer with a valid excuse?

There is no harm for one who misses the Friday prayer due to a legitimate excuse, such as a patient with coronavirus or one who fears infection, to pray Dhuhr at the beginning of its time, before the Imam.

As for one who does not have an excuse, it is obligatory for him to wait until the completion of the Friday prayer in the mosques where he could have caught the prayer had he sought to attend it, and then pray Dhuhr afterwards. So, whoever is obligated to attend Friday prayer and misses it without a legitimate excuse, should not pray Dhuhr until the prayer has concluded in the mosques where he could have caught the prayer had he sought to attend it.
