Is it permissible to pray for disasters upon Muslim countries that fight against the Sharia of Allah and spread causes of moral decay?

The righteous path is to supplicate against criminals and corrupters on earth, asking Allah to either guide them or destroy them with something that serves as a deterrent to others. One should not supplicate for general calamities to befall them all, as such calamities would include both the righteous and the wicked, and that would be an act of transgression.
