What should a married man do who lives in northern Palestine '48 and faces intense temptations due to women's immodest dress, and how can he protect himself from falling into the forbidden, especially as he fears for himself and his children, given that he feels human weakness and does not want to leave his land?

The temptation of women is among the greatest and most dangerous temptations. Therefore, a Muslim must lower his gaze from women and beware of mixing with them or being alone with them. If that is not sufficient to escape their temptation, then there is no escape but to leave that land and seek refuge where one can save his religion, for a calamity in religion is greater than any other calamity.
