What is the ruling on not completing the listening to the Qur’an when passing by channels that broadcast it, and what should be done about that?

There is no harm in passing by someone reciting the Qur’an. The passerby is not obligated to stop until the reciter stops or completes the verse. However, it is more befitting to leave the reciter until he stops or the verse ends, out of respect for the Qur’an and reverence for the sacred rites of Allah.
