Is it permissible to prevent my brother from going to the mosque and praying at home, knowing that his mental development is slow, and he is twenty years old but acts like a six-year-old, yet he understands things, performs the five daily prayers, but he laughs loudly and plays in the mosque, which disturbs the worshippers despite our guidance to him?
Is it obligatory for the Imam to call the Adhan for Isha prayer immediately after finishing Maghrib prayer when combining the two prayers due to rain, or is it permissible for him to recite the prescribed supplications between the two prayers? O Allah, I ask You by the light of the Face of Allah, the Exalted, which has filled the corners of the Throne of Allah, the Exalted, and by which the worlds of Allah, the Exalted, were established, to send prayers upon our master Muhammad, the one of great standing, and upon the family of the Prophet of Allah, the Exalted, by the measure of the greatness of the Essence of Allah, the Exalted, in every glance and breath, according to what is in the knowledge of Allah, the Exalted, a perpetual prayer as long as Allah, the Exalted, endures, in glorification of your right, O our master, O Muhammad, O possessor of great character, and grant him and his family similar greetings, and unite me with him as You have united the spirit and the soul, outwardly and inwardly, while awake and asleep, and make him, O Lord, a spirit for my being in all respects, in this world before the Hereafter, O Exalted One"?

Indeed, the believer is created tried, repentant, forgetful. If reminded, he remembers," and the Hadith: "I certainly know peoples from my nation who will come on the Day of Resurrection with good deeds like the mountains of Tihamah, white, but Allah, the Exalted, will make them scattered dust... Indeed, they are your brothers and from your own skin, and they take from the night as you take, but they are people who, when they are alone with the prohibitions of Allah, violate them"? And should they stop giving lessons until their soul improves?
Does doubt regarding not performing ghusl necessitate redoing it, and how can one ascertain the number of times ghusl was not performed, and is one held accountable for doubt and lack of certainty concerning ghusl, and must one repeat prayers that did not deter from indecency and wrongdoing?
Is it permissible to face the Qibla and stand during the obligatory and supererogatory prayers? And when is it permissible to omit standing in a supererogatory prayer, and is that restricted to travel or does it include supererogatory prayers in general?
