Impurity and Cleaning

• What is the ruling on water splattering onto clothes from washing a garment that has an unknown impurity, or a garment suspected of being impure, and does the ruling differ if the change in the detached water is indistinguishable?
• Does repeatedly rinsing clothes mixed with impurity and their contact with the glass of a front-loading automatic washing machine, which was previously touched by impurity, purify the glass and the clothes, making them valid for use in prayer and touching the Mus'haf?
• Is it necessary to wash the private parts and underwear for every prayer, given the presence of gas, traces of moisture, and urinary incontinence, knowing that purifying the private parts takes a long time?
• Is it sufficient to rinse with water and rub the anal area to remove traces of feces after performing istinja (ritual cleansing), and is it necessary to constantly check if anything has exited the anus?
• Is the automatic washing machine cycle, which includes washing with soap and one or sometimes more draining cycles, sufficient for purifying clothes, especially if they contain impurities? And does this purify clothes contaminated with urine, or must they be washed twice?
• Do the sounds that occur in the anus invalidate Wudu, and what about the acceptance of prayer and Wudu from someone who has obsessive-compulsive disorder, and what are the impurities that invalidate prayer?
• What is the clear evidence that secretions are an event that invalidates ablution, and is it true that Ibn Uthaymeen ruled that they do not invalidate it in the latter part of his life?
• Why was eating pork forbidden, but not eating chicken and other animals that consume filth?
• Is it obligatory to continue with the milking (expressing) after urinating to ensure the exit of residual drops, or is it sufficient to pour water after purification with paper, without concern for subsequent wetness?
• What is the limit of difficulty in removing the color and traces of impurity that is excused, and is their persistence after being washed in an automatic washing machine sufficient for them to be considered excused?
• What should a person do if they notice a drop of urine leaking after istinja' and drying, and is this small amount of impurity excused?
• Is it true that if the underwear is wet and madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is discharged, not the entire wet area becomes impure, but only the part that was affected, and if madhy is discharged onto the wet area and touches the outer clothing, does the part that was touched by the madhy become impure?
• Does impurity transfer from the hand to the faucet or clothes when relieving oneself? What is considered altered water and what is not? Is it obligatory to repeat ablution if one forgets to say "Bismillah" at its beginning? Is it permissible for a person afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder to disregard their obsessions and suffice with their ablution and prayer in their natural state? What is the ruling on urine drops descending during ablution and their unusual cessation before prayer?
• Does Ibn Taymiyyah hold the view of absolute pardon for minor impurities, or does he set conditions for that? And is it obligatory to wash away a minor impurity from the foot before or after ablution?
• Is the presence of religious books and the Qur’an in a room where there is frequent urination and impurities, and without touching them, considered unlawful (haram)? And does the inability to remove books and magazines from this room due to the mother’s strong opposition reach the point of disbelief (kufr)? And is it obligatory to remove newspaper pages that contain Qur’anic verses or the names of Allah from waste, and what is the ruling on being unable to do so due to prevention by relatives? And is leaving these papers in the waste considered a sin, and does that amount to disbelief (kufr)? And am I sinful or do I disbelieve (akfur) due to my inability to dispose of these books and papers given the family circumstances?
• Does dry najasah transfer from the mouse to the rug, and from there to the garment, and likewise from the sandal to the foot, knowing that this is [a matter of] waswasah and [mere] expectations?
• Does the body or hand become ritually impure upon touching dry impurities when there is sweat present, and is it obligatory to restrict movement if there are impurities on the body at a time when they cannot be washed off?
• Can impurity on the sole of a shoe be overlooked, and can the same rule be applied to cleaning tools? Is it permissible to pray on a prayer rug placed over a wet or dry impure spot? How can water separated from impurity be distinguished in terms of taste and smell? Is it permissible to adopt the view that wet or moist impurity does not transfer to dry, pure items unless the clothes to which it is transferred are squeezed?
• What is the ruling on one who prayed while having some impurities stuck in the urinary tract?
• Does a towel used to dry a ritually pure private part after purification from urine become impure, and is it necessary to wash it before reusing it?
• What is the ruling on one afflicted with severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) regarding purification (istinja') and prayer, who also suffers from urinary incontinence and the emission of prostatic fluid (madhy)? How does he purify himself if he intentionally looks at his private parts and feels pleasure, and is he exempted from accountability?
• What is the ruling regarding my prayers and my prayer rug after a small amount of impurity, which I did not intend, touched it, and is a small amount of impurity that is not difficult for me to wash excused? And what is the ruling regarding the places my mother purified without knowing, after I wiped them with madhy?
• Does a wet foot become impure if it touches a dry impure spot on a carpet, and does the foot become impure if it touches a spot that was thought to have been purified with a cleaning liquid, but then there was doubt about walking on it after pouring water?
• Does the reward of one who prays Fajr in congregation then sits in his prayer place remembering Allah become nullified if he passes wind?
