Is failure to fully adhere to the zakat threshold, after a previous supplication to allocate a portion of one's provision to the poor, considered hypocrisy for which one will be punished by Allah, just as happened to those mentioned in Surat At-Tawbah, whose charities were rejected and whose repentance was not accepted?
Is Zakat obligatory on a house that was bought four years ago and rented out a year ago, but has not generated income after covering maintenance expenses?
If the money falls below the minimum threshold (nisab) and then increases again, reaching the minimum threshold once more, is zakat obligatory upon it when it reaches the minimum threshold again, knowing that the initial minimum threshold is still outstanding?

Is Zakat obligatory on money that has been agreed upon to be invested with profit or loss, but its operation has been delayed for three months, and if it is obligatory, is it calculated from the date of agreement or from the date of operation?
Is it permissible for someone who paid the zakat on his wealth according to his birthdate, then discovered his error, to change the date to the Hijri calendar while calculating the difference in days, and is there any sin incurred for the error in the first year?
Is Zakat obligatory on money that reached the Nisab for the first time after ten years, and am I sinful for unintentionally not paying Zakat during the past three years, and how do I calculate the Zakat for previous years?
Can the overdue Zakat on crops for ten years be paid to clear one's liability?
Is Zakat due on a bank loan that has not yet been disbursed, on a sum loaned to brothers whose repayment period has passed and has not been repaid, and on a sum invested with a contractor?
