Dear brothers: I work at a center for inviting non-Muslims to Islam. We have two methods: The first is a group method, where we gather a large number of people and introduce them to Islam. About 50 people embrace Islam, but only 25% remain for follow-up. The second method is individual, where the داعية (caller to Islam) visits the non-Muslim in their location. About 15 people embrace Islam, and all of them continue with follow-up and study. The question is: Which of the two methods is better? Bearing in mind that the group method achieves a larger number of new Muslims, but the follow-up rate is lower, while the individual method achieves a smaller number, but the follow-up rate is higher.
What is the Sharia ruling on determining the gender of the fetus by scientific and medical methods, and is it permissible to read articles that discuss this and introduce them to others?

Is quoting and making slight changes to the writings of others to produce da‘wah materials, without citing the source, considered theft and does it invalidate the earnings acquired from it?
Is calling for jihad while having misgivings and an aversion to it considered hypocrisy? And should one stop this call or supplicate for a love of jihad?
What is the ruling on working on a digital project for electronic sales confirmation in exchange for a specific profit percentage on each transaction, given that there are levels requiring increased capital and inviting friends, and is it permissible to suffice with the first level without inviting friends?
Is jihad an individual obligation upon every man who is capable of it at this time and age?
