Is it permissible for a husband to ask his wife to put a cigarette in her mouth without lighting it during intercourse, or to smoke it at the same time?

Smoking is forbidden by Islamic law for everyone, at all times, and under all circumstances. It is not permissible to obey a creature in a matter that involves disobedience to the Creator. Therefore, if a husband asks his wife to smoke, it is unlawful for her to obey him in this. Placing a cigarette in the mouth without smoking it may be a pretext for smoking and may normalize the act of disobedience. Moreover, this request is strange, as what is expected is the request for what is good, not what is evil.
