How is inheritance divided among a father, a son, a daughter, and a full brother?

If the deceased left no heirs other than those mentioned, then the father receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "And for his parents, each of them is to have a sixth of what he left if he has a child." The remainder goes to the son and daughter by way of ta'ṣīb, with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The full brother receives nothing because he is completely excluded by the son and the father. The estate is divided into eighteen shares: the father receives three shares, the son ten shares, and the daughter five shares. The questioner is advised to refer the matter to the Sharia courts due to the possibility of other heirs, bequests, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
