What is the ruling on retracting the intention of divorce if a man wrote "Ta" and believed that he could retract before completing the word?

The husband's writing "taa" alone is not considered an ambiguous divorce (kinayah talaq), and nothing is binding on him, even if he intended divorce. This is because an ambiguous divorce must be understood as divorce, and what the mentioned husband wrote is not understood as divorce.
