Is it permissible for a religious woman to leave her mother's house, given that her mother uses abusive language and taunts her divorced daughter about not getting married or having children, especially if society disapproves of a girl living alone?

The hardships of this world are fleeting, and Allah rewards patience and seeking recompense. In the Hadith: "The most miserable person in the world among the people of Paradise will be brought, and he will be dipped once in Paradise. Then it will be said to him: 'O son of Adam, did you ever experience any misery? Did any hardship ever befall you?' He will say: 'No, by Allah, my Lord, no misery ever befell me, nor did I ever experience any hardship.'"

Connect with the biography of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the biography of Yusuf (Joseph, peace be upon him) to seek strength from them in times of tribulation. Lower your wing to your mother and be patient with her harm, for she is your gate to Paradise. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Cling to her foot, for there is Paradise." She is the most deserving of good companionship. Any mistreatment from a mother does not negate her right to dutifulness and kindness, for Allah commanded us with both in His saying: "And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment." Do not leave your home, and seek help from Allah through supplication for your mother's guidance and the betterment of your relationship. Strive to be kind to her, for kindness changes souls. Occupy yourself with what benefits you and keep company with righteous sisters, and do not think about living alone to avoid pitfalls.
