Is land hunting permissible or forbidden during the sacred months?

Land hunting is permissible except in two cases: if the hunter is in a state of ihram (consecration for pilgrimage), or if the hunting takes place within the precincts of the Haram (Sacred Sanctuary), even if the hunter is not in a state of ihram. As for land hunting during the sacred months, there is no harm in it, except in the two aforementioned cases.
