Does the migration of displaced people to Europe and seeking asylum with Christians contradict the doctrine of Al-Wala' wal-Bara' (loyalty and disavowal), and is refusing a parental request to join them in a European country considered an act of disobedience?

Residing in infidel lands is forbidden if a person is unable to practice the rituals of his religion or fears falling into tribulation. In this case, obedience to parents is not permissible, because there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. It is permissible, though disliked, if one can practice the rituals and is safe from tribulation. In that instance, it is advised to obey one's parents, because their obedience is more emphasized than abandoning what is disliked.
