Is the Arabic language the language of "Ad-Dad" and who was the first to call it by this name, and why was it given this name?

The naming of the Arabic language as the "language of the Dād" (اللغة العربية بلغة الضاد) is based on a narration attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "I am the most eloquent of those who spoke the Dād, yet I am from Quraysh." The Dād was specifically mentioned due to the difficulty of its pronunciation for non-Arabs. However, this narration has no basis, as stated by verified scholars such as Ibn Kathir, Ibn al-Jazari, Al-Ajluni, and others. It is also unknown who first coined this name.
