Is it permissible to pray standing without bowing or prostrating if movement causes involuntary urine leakage due to a uterine problem that affects the urinary tract?

The person afflicted with سلس ( سلس البول or incontinence) must pray normally, performing bowing (ruku') and prostration (sujud) and not abandoning them due to the سلس. He must also take precautions by tying a piece of cloth or similar over the affected area, and perform ablution (wudu') after the time for prayer has begun. With that ablution, he may pray as many obligatory and supererogatory prayers as he wishes until that prayer time ends. The discharge of drops from him does not invalidate his prayer.
