Is it permissible, in Sharia, to perform Hajj with money obtained through insurance claims for car accidents, if the injured woman is a widow?

It is permissible for the injured party to take their due from the one who caused their injury, or from the assignee, whether it be an insurance company or an interest-based bank, because they are taking their legitimate right. The sin falls upon those who deal with these companies. It is permissible for the injured party to perform Hajj, give charity, make endowments with this money, and dispose of it like the rest of their lawful wealth.
