Is repeating the verse by four people behind Sheikh Ayman Suwayd in the program "How We Learn the Qur'an" considered an innovation (bid'ah), and is it permissible to record and distribute episodes of this program among students?

Students' collective recitation of a verse for the purpose of teaching and memorization does not fall under innovation (bid'ah). However, it is better for each of them to recite individually. The methods for teaching and memorizing the Quran have been previously explained in Fatwa no. 44983.
