Is it permissible to collectively memorize the Qur’an?

It is permissible for a Muslim to memorize the Qur’an in a group, with one person reciting and the others listening to correct the recitation. This is better for mastering memorization. It is also permissible to recite the Qur’an in a group voice for the purpose of memorization if it helps with it, as long as it is not adopted as a regular habit or Sunnah, thereby becoming an innovation (bid‘ah).
