Allah forgives all sins, no matter how great they are. Your feeling of guilt and your repentance are a blessing. Remember that prayer prohibits indecency and evil. You must sincerely repent and distance yourself from the whispers of Satan. Seek righteous companionship that will help you obey Allah. If your city hinders your repentance or you cannot change your situation there, then leaving it and moving to a better place is more appropriate.
