What is the ruling of the Shari'ah on a husband who prevents his wife from going out and working, refuses to discuss matters with her, calls her a liar, and imposes a specific way of life on her even within the home?

A husband's prevention of his wife from going out is not absolute. She is permitted to go out without his permission in specific cases, but she does not have the right to go out for work without his permission. The husband's refusal to discuss matters and his disbelief of his wife are signs of poor marital conduct.
