Will a security man be harmed by the prayers of some pilgrims and visitors against him due to their dissatisfaction with the organization, while he is performing his duties in organizing crowds for the safety of those heading to the Two Holy Mosques?

Managing the affairs of worshipers, pilgrims (Hajj), and 'Umrah performers in the Sacred Mosque is a deed of great reward if the intention is pure and the work is done well. Those in charge of it should exhibit gentleness, patience, and forbearance, and beware of causing harm to people, for a sin is multiplied in a virtuous place. They must adhere to good speech and humility towards the believers.

Those performing duties in the Two Holy Mosques should treat visitors with gentleness, and demonstrate wisdom and patience, while considering the diverse natures of people and their right to good hospitality. They should avoid injustice, because the supplication of the wronged is answered.

If a security officer strives for justice and does not harm anyone, then a prayer invoked against him unjustly will not harm him, because such a prayer is an act of injustice that Allah dislikes and is a sin that will not be answered.
