What is the ruling on one who lies using religion, such as saying, "I am going to pray," to avoid remarks or prohibition?

Lying without a legitimate Shar'i justification is forbidden, and using religion for it is even more forbidden, due to the false hypocrisy, pretense of worship, and claiming what one has not been given.
