Is the empty space beside the grave of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, designated for the burial of the Prophet Jesus, peace be upon him, after his death?

There is no mention in the Sunnah of the Prophet that indicates the burial place of the Messiah Jesus (peace be upon him) at the end of time. The narrated hadith regarding this is very weak and unproven. Similarly, the narrations from some Companions concerning this matter have weak chains of transmission. Furthermore, the mention by some scholars and historians that Jesus (peace be upon him) will be buried next to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), or in the Holy Land, is an ijtihad (independent reasoning) that has not been proven regarding the events of the End of Times.
