What is the ruling on giving the butcher parts of the sacrificial animal (hooves and head) as payment, even though it is known that he has already received his wages in cash, and what is the ruling on buying the hide and adding its price to the price of another sacrificial animal?

The agent who sold the hides of sacrificial animals must guarantee their value or price to the owners of the sacrificial animals, whether he sold them for his own benefit or for the benefit of the owners of the sacrificial animals. If he sold them for his own benefit, he is responsible for their value. If he sold them for the benefit of the owners of the sacrificial animals, he must return the value or price so that the owners of the sacrificial animals may dispose of it as required by Islamic law, by giving it as charity or using it for utensils or food, or by doing whatever they wish with the price. It is not permissible to give the butcher anything from the sacrificial animal as payment for his work, but it is permissible to give him from it like any other Muslim.
