How can a girl complete reading the entire Qur’an more than once in the month of Ramadan? And is listening to Qur’an tapes and completing them attentively considered a full recitation?

The principle is that the completion of the Quran is by recitation, not by listening. Whoever listens to the entire Quran receives a reward and recompense less than one who completes it by reading, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever listens to an ayah from the Book of Allah, a multiplied good deed will be written for him; and whoever recites it, it will be a light for him on the Day of Resurrection." It is recommended to recite frequently to complete the Quran multiple times in Ramadan, by utilizing free time.
