Is ruqyah permissible in honey and olive oil?

Nothing has been reported regarding ruqyah on honey and olive oil. However, they are praised for their medicinal properties. Allah Almighty says about honey: "There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people." Olive oil is also praised for its medicinal uses. Therefore, there is no objection to performing ruqyah on them, provided it is free from innovations (bid'ah) and unlawful acts.
