Is a wife obliged to obey her husband who does not want her to join a center for memorizing the Qur'an, despite her desire to do so and the availability of a suitable opportunity?

The wife must obey her husband after consummation or if the prompt dower is handed over to her, and his obedience takes precedence over the obedience of parents. So, if the husband consummates the marriage with his wife or hands her the prompt dower, she is obliged to obey him in not joining the Qur'an memorization class. Otherwise, his obedience is not obligatory, and the obedience of the mother is then more deserving.
