The first phrase, "Master of the universe, forgive me," contains obvious exaggeration, because the true Master of the universe is Allah. And the statement "Master of the universe" is a lie if it is intended to prefer this nation over everything else in the universe, for there are things better than it, such as the holy places. And seeking forgiveness from a nation is an exaggeration, for forgiveness is sought from Allah alone.

As for the second phrase, there is nothing wrong with it if it refers to multiple solutions for a problem.
