What should I do regarding my wife who is negligent in managing her home and fulfilling my rights, considering her slow comprehension and young age, and my family's pressure to divorce her?

You are not obligated to obey your parents in divorcing your wife. It is advisable to be patient with her and try to reform her, and to look at her good qualities, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good," and with the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "A believing man should not hate a believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another." If life together does not improve between you, there is no sin in divorcing her as a last resort.
