Is it permissible, in Sharia, for a young man to speak with the husband of his cousin's daughter – to whom he is عقد قران (legally married but has not yet consummated the marriage) – to inform him of his previous relationship with her and their mutual love, and is his failure to insist on marrying her considered Qadaa’ and Qadar (Divine Decree and Predestination)?

If a man loves a woman, he must guard his chastity and avoid forbidden acts. Marriage is the best solution for those in love. As for leaving the marriage with her out of dutifulness to one's mother, one will be rewarded for that. Since the girl is now married, one must completely disregard her, as she is forbidden by religious law, according to the Almighty's saying: "And [also forbidden are] all married women." Speaking with her husband to inform him of your love for her, or her love for you, constitutes corrupting the relationship between the spouses, which is religiously prohibited; for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "He is not one of us who incites a woman against her husband." This is from the work of Satan, who seeks to separate people. Therefore, one must disregard her and ask God to facilitate a better wife for you, entrusting the matter to God.
