The meaning of the noble verse "and that you be صنع to My eye" is that Moses was raised under Allah's protection, care, and guardianship from all evil. Al-Sa'di mentioned that Moses was raised under Allah's sight and patronage, and that Allah ordained for him to return to his mother to nurse him after he had been forbidden the breast of any other woman, so that his mother might be reassured and her heart might be at peace.
