The answer

You have been patient with your husband's neglect of your rights, and Allah will reward you for this patience. Do not grieve over what has passed, for excessive sadness leads to the deterioration of physical well-being. You should forget that and open a new chapter. We advise you to forgive your husband and be tolerant with him, for Allah has praised those who forgive people. Persevere in glorifying Allah (Tasbih), for it removes worries. As for your demands for post-divorce rights, you cannot claim them from the heirs as long as you renounced them before the court. Draw closer to Allah through prayer so that He may enrich you from His bounty and grant you a righteous husband and offspring.
