Are the causes of the Syrian problem rooted in the people's rebellion against the ruler, or is the infidel ruler and his injustice the true reason, taking into account the saying of Sheikh Abdul Mohsen Al-Ahmad and the noble verse: "Those who said to their brethren, while themselves staying behind, 'If they had obeyed us, they would not have been killed.' Say, 'Then avert death from yourselves, if you are truthful'"?

Enjoining good and forbidding evil is one of the greatest rituals of the religion and is obligatory in stages: with the hand, and if one cannot, then with the tongue, and if one cannot, then with the heart, and that is the weakest of faith. So, if a Muslim is unable to denounce with the hand and tongue due to incapacity, or due to an unbearable harm, or a greater corruption, then he is excused and moves to denouncing with the heart.
