What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning saying "you are divorced" three times in Polish with the intention of frightening, not divorcing, knowing the seriousness of divorce on the fate of the children and wife in a non-Islamic environment?

Divorce is of two types: explicit, which occurs by its mere utterance even without intention, and implicit, which does not occur except with intention. Explicit wording is that which is truly designated to indicate divorce, such as the word "divorce" and its derivatives. As for implicit wording, it is a phrase that may signify divorce, such as "Go join your family." Divorce occurs with a non-Arabic word according to the most preponderant opinion. If there are definite harms resulting from the separation of the wife, there is no sin in following those who hold that a triple divorce uttered in a single phrase counts as one divorce, while advising the husband to avoid anger and the utterance of divorce, and to resolve problems calmly.
