The answer

If someone suffers from urinary incontinence ( سلس بول), it is obligatory for him to stuff the tip of the penis with a cotton ball. If the urine does not stop, he should then tie the tip of the penis with a piece of cloth or similar material to prevent the impurity from escaping. Wearing the aforementioned protective device (condom/incontinence sheath) is not sufficient to prevent the urine from escaping.

If he prays while wearing the said protective device, knowing that there is urine impurity inside it, his prayer is invalid and must be repeated. However, if he prays with the impurity, ignorant that its presence invalidates the prayer, all his prayers are considered valid according to some scholars.

In the case of praying with impurity, while being unaware of its presence, he is not required to repeat the prayers, according to the more correct of the two scholarly opinions.
