The answer

"Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and companions. To proceed:

The deficiency and imperfection in the crafts and actions of the servants do not indicate a deficiency in the Creator, Exalted be He, but rather indicate His perfection. Even the evils that occur at the hands of people are not beyond God's creation and decree, and in relation to His wisdom, they are considered absolute good. The existence of people with disabilities and physical imperfections does not indicate a deficiency in the Creator, but it is part of His wisdom in creating disparity among people, to demonstrate His power and to extract worship in the form of gratitude and patience. Absolute perfection belongs to Allah alone, and the deficiency in creatures highlights the perfection of the Creator, who made everything He created perfect."
