Is seeking an exorcism for a bewitched home considered among the forbidden forms of istiqraa’ mentioned in the noble Hadeeth?

There is no religious objection to seeking Ruqyah (exorcism/spiritual healing). The description of those who enter Paradise without reckoning as not seeking Ruqyah is due to their complete reliance on Allah, or their performing Ruqyah upon themselves, and is not a prohibition against Ruqyah. Evidence for the permissibility of seeking Ruqyah is that the Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded Aisha to seek Ruqyah for the evil eye, permitted the family of Hazm to perform Ruqyah for snakebites, and commanded Asma bint Umays to perform Ruqyah for her nephews for the evil eye.
