Is the Polish translation of the Holy Quran issued by the "Ahmadiyya Community" reliable, and is it permissible for a non-Muslim and an impure person to touch the Mus'haf written in both Arabic and Polish?

The Ahmadiyya is the Qadiani sect, and it is not a reliable source in matters of religion.

As for touching a translation of the Qur’an: if it is solely a translation or interspersed with verses, its ruling is that of a commentary (tafsir), and it is permissible for the impure and the disbeliever to touch it.

However, if the translation is structured such that a page of the Qur’an is followed by its translation, or the Qur’an occupies all pages with the translation in the margin, scholars have differed on its ruling. The preponderant view is that its ruling is that of a commentary (tafsir) because its purpose is the meanings of the Qur’an, not its recitation. Thus, it does not prohibit an impure person or one in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) from touching it, even if it contains many consecutive verses.

There is no objection to titling the translation with the phrase "The Wise Qur’an."
